Graduation Requirements

Students entering grades 11 and 12 must select 10 courses, plus two alternates. As well, English must be taken at the 12 level along with at least 3 other courses also at the 12 level.

You need 17 credits in order to graduate. The list below details where these credits must exist:

  • 3 English (An 11 course [2 credits] and a 12 course)
  • 1 Math 11 Course 1 (Geometry & Applications) or Math 113
  • 1 Modern History
  • 1 Science

    • Chemistry
    • Physics
    • Physical Geography
    • Environment Science
  • 1 Fine Arts/Life Role Development
    • Visual Arts
    • Music

  • 7 Compulsory Credits (includes pass in English Language Proficiency Assessment)
