Congratulations to Adrienne Hemmings, who ranked first in New Brunswick for her submission in CIBC's My Money, My Future/Mon argent, Mon avenir Challenge. During the January lockdown, French Immersion students in Geometry, Measurement and Finance 10 at Saint John High participated in the competition. They were required to apply their creativity and skills to create new tools and resources to help other young Canadians improve their financial literacy. Adrienne's project creatively teaches about les actions et obligations (stocks and bonds) using a whiteboard video animation. She teaches us how stocks and bonds work, and how to 'play the market'. We are proud Adrienne is the finalist for our province and wish her all the best in the national competition.
